Sam is an independent designer, art director, and creative consultant helping organizations tell their complex stories in approachable ways.

He helped create the Genome brand and magazine, redesigned foreignaffairs.com and afar.com, and collaborated with Big Medium to bring design systems to life for Cigna, Principal, Nasdaq, and Ulta. His work has been recognized by the Society of Publication Designers, Communication Arts, and Print, and was selected to sit on the design jury for the SPD annual design competition.
